Consumer relations

Assofin’s believes in creating positive relations with the leading consumer organisations.

Assofin has been engaged in a close dialogue with consumers since 1996, both multilaterally, together with other organizations, and bilaterally, contributing to specific initiatives and helping resolve disputes.

The Association is likewise committed to transparency and increasing the public's understanding of the consumer credit and mortgage lending sectors, acting a reliable source of information for consumers and as a point of reference for the resolution of problems and disputes of a general nature, providing in-depth information and clarification.

The Association has consequently launched a number of initiatives to foster transparency and clarity for consumers.
